Arguing: Look At The Other Side!

 

How annoying is it to argue with someone who doesn't care for the other person's opinion or who doesn't look at the other point of view of the argument? Very annoying right? So many people constantly argue with people like that. The one's who just go into an argument thinking they're better than everyone else. 

When you want to have a civil and responsible argument with someone or multiple people, you have to go into it with an open mind. Yes, you can stick to your own opinion on the topic but, you have to listen to what the other participants are saying as well. In order to fully understand the argument you're in and to make valid points, you have to be open to new ideas and listen to the other side of the argument.

To argue responsibly, there needs to be some sort of understanding between the people you are arguing with. Like, you respect their opinion and they respect yours, is what I'm trying to say. Without that level of respect/ understanding there's just no way you'd be able to peacefully argue with the other person without someone flipping out. So, be open minded!
